Lo Tech 001
This will be the first post in a series dubbed “Lo Tech”. Our industry continues to push the boundaries of technology, parametric design, visualization, and construction in amazing and incredible ways. It is in this post series we hope to continue to remember and recognize the value and benefits of a simple, quick hand sketch.
This is a sketch from May 3rd, 2013 while I was in New Orleans for a site visit. It was a gloomy, cloudy day and admittedly not the best ‘first impression’ the Big Easy could make. Regardless, a quick sketch of a rain soaked narrow street in the French Quarter. What a unique and fascinating city.
Ink and marker, color: ‘french grey’ (how appropriate).
